Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our addiction and recovery coaching services! To ensure a safe, supportive, and effective experience for all clients, please review the following policy: 1. Confidentiality Your privacy is our top priority. All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g., cases involving harm to oneself or others or legal mandates). 2. Session Structure Duration: Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. Frequency: Scheduled weekly, biweekly, or as agreed upon. Format: Sessions are conducted in person, virtually, or via phone, based on your preference. 3. Payment and Fees Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Packages and discounts may be available for multiple sessions. Cancellation fees may apply if appointments are missed without prior notice (see Cancellation Policy). 4. Cancellation Policy Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 100% of the session rate. No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee. 5. Client Responsibility Commit to active participation and open communication during sessions. Engage in recommended exercises and strategies between sessions. Acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. 6. Coach Responsibility Provide a nonjudgmental, supportive, and professional environment. Deliver personalized strategies to support your recovery goals. Maintain ethical standards and uphold confidentiality. 7. Termination of Services Coaching is a collaborative process. If at any time you or the coach feel the services are no longer a fit, sessions can be discontinued or adjusted as needed. 8. Emergency Situations Coaching does not provide crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent assistance, don't hesitate to contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline. 9.
